We BELIEVE in YOU.

Thanks for a Seussical summer, Ms. Amaya!

In partnership with KCK Public Schools, directed by KATA alum and Spelman College student Ms. Amaya (“Dorothy” in KATA’s The Wiz 2022, 2023), KATA presented A Seussical Summer Theatre: an amazing day camp for middle school students, June 5-29th, 2023, with a FREE performance on June 29th! Thanks for teaching, inspiring, and connecting the next KATA generation, Ms. Amaya!

KATA Fun Fact: Mayor Garner proclaimed Wiz Week in Wyandotte County July 28-31, 2022!

Y’all got it!

Thank you for a successful encore production of The Wiz 2023! Because of your generous support, we’re fulfilling our mission to promote positive citizenship through involvement in the arts.

30+ Years. KATA Confident. KCK Proud.
