Harlequine Clay
SINGER
I was 17 when I joined Judith Jones's volunteer team for Kansas Academy of Theatrical Arts. KATA was my first time being fully exposed to all the Performing Arts had to offer. What I loved most was that even though I was volunteering and helping lead children groups, I was also strongly encouraged to tap into my creative juices and was able to dance, sing, do art, and much more! Judith Jones also invested intentional time into all of her volunteers and we had weekly meetings during lunch to talk about the things she wanted to share with us. I am truly grateful for my time at KATA and am now fully pursuing what I love which is being on stage and sharing my gifts and abilities with others.
